Nesquik
•January 5, 2007 • Leave a CommentEven though Walt has learned to “Just say no,” he can’t seem to shake his fondness of his favorite chocolatey drink.
Got Skunk’d?
•May 22, 2006 • Leave a CommentApparently, my father’s dog was in the area when a skunk layed down some spray. Going outside with a can of tomato juice in his hand, I couldn’t help but get my camera.
Segways
•May 18, 2006 • Leave a CommentWe took a trip down to Columbia and visited the Segway store. It was my second time. I got up the courage to ask the salesman if I could video tape a little bit. Enjoy.
Corn to Ethanol
•May 16, 2006 • Leave a CommentMy Audio/Visuals teacher is working on a series of commercials, promoting the making of ethanol from corn to fuel vehicles. Our class has been helping him film and even act in it. This clip is artistically demonstrating how you get ethanol from corn; I edited this clip together for him. I also juggled corn (not shown).
Sword Fighting
•May 11, 2006 • 1 CommentToday in class, we watched classmates participate in a little friendly faux fight.
The Heart Walk
•May 7, 2006 • Leave a CommentThis past weekend, the city of Springfield had a Heart Walk to kick off the Taste Of Springfield event. Nathan and David raised donations and pledges for the walk, and I accompanied them as they made the 2 mile trek around the fair grounds. I am submitting this into a film contest, Film Your Issue, that requires your submissions to be 30 – 60 seconds long (this version is over the 60 second limit because of the logo at the end). I like this idea of doing 60 second movies, and I might make this a continuing video series.
Barkley
•May 5, 2006 • Leave a CommentThe VHS tape is labeled “Charles Barkley Video – Evan Courtney – 8/5/95″. I am assuming this is the correct date, since nothing else is on that tape. My brother was once in love with Barkley, probably still is, and made this fan film for him. The tape was never sent to Charles Barkley as originally intended. I edited it up a little bit since it was filmed with a giant VHS tape shoulder recorder.
Ecclesiastes
•May 5, 2006 • Leave a CommentMy friend Walt is in a class called Ecclesiastes and it was time for him to do his semester project. He came over and recruited me to make a video with him, just going through certain verses of the book. It’s in an old silent film style, enjoy!
The Train
•May 2, 2006 • Leave a CommentI wrote a story awhile ago about a train and so I decided I would put together a flash about it. I’m slowly working on it, this here is about 6 hours of work I think. It’s a beginning, at least.
